to have Email Segway automatically check your email accounts

Sound
Options |

There
are two sound options. The first will play a sound file
locally. The second generates its own sound via your
MIDI device.
Play wav sound file
Place a check mark next to this item to use the selected
file. Click the Select button to choose the file
to play.
Play color tones
Place a check mark next to this item to have Email Segway
generate color tones for each sever with new mail. Click
the Select button to choose the MIDI instrument
that you would like to use.(more

Pop up an alert balloons
Place a check mark next
to this item if you want an alert balloon to appear near the
system tray (usually bottom right of monitor)
when there is new email.
Show
Email Segway Window
Select this item to
have the Email Segway window pop up if it is minimized when
new mail is found.
