This window is
a list of all your email accounts.
The list contains the following information,
Server
This is the short
name you gave the account.
Total
Number of emails on the server, including new emails.
New
Number of new emails since you last viewed the details for the server.
Size
Total accumulated size of all the emails on the sever.
Last Check
Time since the server information was last updated.

Toggle Select All
Behaves
in two ways.
If there are no servers selected this menu item will select
all the servers in the list.
If there is one or more servers selected then all servers will
be deselected.
Stop
All Online Tasks
Select
this to stop currently active or pending online tasks.
This item is only available while Email Segway is checking mail
totals or downloading email details.
Exit
Close Email

Server Totals
Refresh information for selected servers.
If there are no servers selected then all servers will be refreshed.
Updated information includes mail count, mail box size, new
mail count and last check date.
Server
Details
Retrieve mail headers for selected servers.
If
there are no servers selected then all mail headers from all
servers will be retrieved.
Once the headers have been retrieved a details window will appear
with a list containing header information for each mail.
Header information includes the
server it came from, subject
line,
new mail status, sender, size, date and age.
Server
Details (New Only)
Same as above except only new mail headers will be retrieved.(more
on new mail)
Clear
New Email Totals
Clear new mail totals for all servers in the list.

Auto check for
new mail
Toggles weather
or not Email Segway will automatically check for new mail.
You can set the duration between checks with the "Options..."
menu item
A check mark indicates this item is active. |
Server
detail button
retrieves new mail only
Toggles weather
or not the Server Details button retrieves only new emails
when clicked.
The default behavior for this button will retrieve
all emails on the server.

Play sound
on new mail
Toggles weather
or not Email Segway will play the selected sound file
when new mail is found.
A sound file can be selected with the "Options..."
menu item.
The "Play Sound" and "Play Color Tones"
are mutually exclusive.

Play color tones
on new mail
Toggles weather
or not Email Segway will play a color tone for each server
that has new mail. You can set the color tone instrument
with the "Options..." menu item.

Pop up alert balloon
on new mail
Toggles weather
or not Email Segway will pop up an information balloon
listing all the servers with new mail and their respective
