Details Window
The
details window is where you manage all your emails. From here you
can inspect, view or delete emails. You can view as many email accounts
as you like. Each email will be tinted with its server color.
To view an email select it from the list and click the view button.
Or select view from the message menu.

View
Downloads
the selected email from your server and loads it into the message
view window.
Flag
As...
Displays
a submenu listing flag options.
The Deleted item will flag the selected emails for deletion.
This will not deleted your email. It is only flagged
for deletion. The email will not actually be deleted until you
select Delete Flagged from the Edit menu.
The Clear Flag item will clear the deletion flag for
selected emails.
Stop
All Online Tasks
If
there are any online tasks running such as downloading or deleting
emails, this item will stop them.
Exit
This item
will close the details window.

Toggle Select
Behaves
in two ways.
If there are no messages selected this menu item will select
all the messages in the list.
If there is one or more messages selected then all messages
will be deselected.
Flag
Viewed For Deletion
This
item will prepare the selected messages for deletion.
The messages will not be deleted from the server until
the Delete Flagged command is used. Messages will be
prepared by striking out the text of the message and placing
a delete icon next to the subject.
Delete
Flagged
Delete
messages flagged for deletion.
This operation will remove flagged messages from the server.
It is important to realize that this operation can not be
undone.
