you can review server status, view email headers, view email
messages, delete emails and so on.
Both POP3 and IMAP4 email servers are supported.

emails you would not want to read in the first place. With
Email Segway you can peek at the email information. For example,
you can see who the email is from and the size of the email
before downloading the entire message.

as you like. For example, you can view the message information

Although
Email Segway does come with an installer for your convenience
it does not integrate into Microsoft Windows. This allows
it to run from any folder or device. With a USB thumb drive
you can manage your email on one computer, then later connect
the thumb drive to another computer and Email Segway picks
up where it left off.
Great for the work place.

Email
Segway does not delete email from your server until you say
to do so. In other words you can read an email on your home
computer and reply to it at you work computer. Or any computer
if you are using a thumb drive. See above.

Multithread
is a term that means multitasking.
In other words you can communicate with more than one email
account at the same time.
This greatly reduces the time it takes to perform a task such
as checking for new email or downloading emails.

you would expect Email Segway automatically checks for new
email.
When new mail arrives you can be informed of this in several
ways.
Have the application restore from its system tray state.
Pop up an alert balloon.
Play an sound file.
Play a different color tone for each email account.

by email macro or script viruses |

Email
Segway does not execute embedded
macros making
it safe to view your email. This includes HTML email. Email
Segway has its own HTML viewer that will not run java or any
other scripts.
Note: As with any email application if you open an
attachment there is a possibility of it containing a virus.
You do have antivirus software, right? If not, get one.
